Dr Stephen Morris MBBS DCH FRCPI FRCOG FRANZCOG is a Sydney-based obstetrician. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, Fellow of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, United Kingdom, Fellow of The Royal College of Physicians of Ireland. He also holds a Diploma of Child Health from The University of Sydney.
Dr Morris’ rooms are a welcoming and comfortable space, fitted with three 4D ultrasounds, so you can see and hear your baby at each visit, and online billing facilities for your convenience.
Dr Morris | Sydney Mother & Baby incorporates the expertise and experience of Dr Morris as your obstetrician, plus the care of two full time midwives Alexis Upton and Penny Stanbury, a full time midwife and lactation consultant, Angela Smith, and yoga teacher Portia Selkirk. Dr Morris’ experienced team hold a comprehensive range of antenatal education classes, with something to suit everyone.
Dr Morris and his team work with women and their partners to facilitate a successful and enjoyable birth process. He believes in a non-judgmental environment, where all options surrounding the birth of your child can be discussed, to find the right birthing experience for you. Dr Morris supports natural births; including water birth, vaginal twin birth and external cephalic version (ECV) at term. Dr Morris also performs operative obstetrics, including instrumental deliveries and Caesarean sections, when necessary.
He delivers babies at Mater Hospital, North Shore Private Hospital & Prince of Wales Private Hospital.
