Join one of our sensory-based food exploration classes for preschool aged children.
Our classes run over a 10 week term and are perfect for children aged 3-5 years.
Children learn how to become ‘food explorers’ by using all their senses to see, smell, touch and taste a variety of fresh fruit and vegetables.
Each week, a selection of fresh seasonal produce is explored using story, song, games, craft and in some lessons cooking, to help create an engaging, playful and fun environment in which children are inspired to try new foods.
Our workshops include:
