Art and Science of Relaxation in Northbridge is run by Dr Judy Lovas, Australia’s leading expert in Evidence based Relaxation Therapy based on the science of Psychoneuroimmunology (the science of mind body health).

Judy is dedicated to teach people how to relax regularly and effectively at work, school and home. Her workshops and classes demonstrate ways to implement relaxation into daily life for anxiety, pain, PTSD, depression, sleep disorders, chronic inflammation and stress-related conditions.

$28 to experience 45 minutes of relaxation and learn techniques to use daily.

Mats are provided and the Relaxation room and equipment are cleaned after each class for your safety and comfort. Limit trial classes available
