The New Mums Collective is a place for women to gather – whether you’re pregnant, newly postpartum or you’re further in your journey, you are welcome in this space. This is not just a sisterhood. Julie Freeman is a pocket rocket coach and writer based on Sydney’s Upper North Shore because she believes it is important to see a shift in the way we care for mothers

After suffering perinatal anxiety, depression and severe panic attacks, that solidified how extraordinarily vital it is that we support new mums and families in this vulnerable time.

Social Nature is designed with the mission to inspire mothers and their new families to find connection, community and vitality (or whatever their heart desires) through pregnancy and beyond.

Julie Freeman is a Body Beyond Baby Safe Return to Exercise accredited Group Exercise Instructor, a Precision Nutrition Level 1 coach, and Personal Trainer.
