It can be hard getting back into exercise. You’re tired, sleep-deprived, time-poor, and unsure how you can exercise with a baby?! We totally understand. At Pram Power, we’re all mums, and we’ve been there.
We’ve helped over 500 mums get back into exercise with their baby and over 90% of our mums said our classes helped them feel better, got them out of the house and improved their fitness.
Our classes are suitable for all fitness levels. Babies and Toddlers welcome. Pram Power Mums don’t need to choose between looking after themselves or their baby.
Classes are Monday & Wednesday 9.30am – 10.30am
