My name is Karina and I am a qualified personal trainer and group fitness instructor.
After having a baby I realised that new Mums needed a safe, comfortable and supportive fitness environment that not only focused on the physical benefits but also the social and mental well-being that we can gain from group exercise. That’s how Karina’s Mumma Method came about. I want to help mums, just like me, regain physical confidence, interact with like minded women and feel the mental health benefits that exercise can bring.
You get to train, focusing on form for strength, posture and pre and post natal exercises. I help you set personal goals. While you train, your baby is right beside you, playing with other babies, always under your watchful eye. You don’t have to leave them in a creche or worry about them elsewhere. The benefits of being outdoors is also experienced during my sessions!
I run classes in North Sydney, Hornsby, Wahroonga and would be happy to operate anywhere along the North Shore if you and your mums group want to train together!
