Hi, I’m Nasim. I’m a personal trainer and service clients in Sydney’s lower North Shore. I deliver exercise programs tailored to individuals with very different needs. Whether its strength, high intensity, weight loss or general well being you’re after I can help motivate you to achieve your personal well being goals. I also provide dietary advice.
Besides being a qualified personal trainer, I am also an overseas degree qualified and highly experienced Physiotherapist, so I’m extra careful with delivering training programs should you have any existing injuries or ailments.
Given the current situation with Covid-19 and social isolation, I am providing one-on-one personal training sessions at outdoor locations around Lane Cove and the lower North Shore. All equipment is provided and the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene are practised.
