My name is Karina and I am a personal trainer and group fitness instructor.

After becoming a Mum, I realised the benefits of fitness and training for Mums, not only the physical but the mental and social aspects. After running bootcamps for over 10 years with my husband in North Sydney, I have a new branch of the brand – Mums and Bubs!

You get to train, focusing on form for strength, posture and pre and post natal exercises. I help you set personal goals. You get to meet other like-minded Mums and work you way through a fitness journey and motherhood together! All this time, your baby is right beside you, playing with other babies, always under your watchful eye. You don’t have to leave them in a creche or worry about them elsewhere. I train indoors and outdoors, so the benefits of being outdoors is also experienced during my sessions!

    Karina’s mums and bubs bootcamp is amazing. She tailors all workouts to your own recovery and fitness level after having bub and it is a great way to meet other mums as well.
