Welcome to Yoganic. Our boutique Yoga, Pilates and Barre studio in Willoughby (and now online).
Mums are at the heart of our business. As a mum of three, I know how important exercise is for our mental and physical wellbeing. I’ve done yoga, Pilates and barre throughout all three of my pregnancies and the postpartum period and it’s helped keep me strong, relaxed and sane!
One of things I love most about Yoganic is our amazing community. At Yoganic our class sizes are small, so our instructors will get to know you and you’ll get to connect with other mums in our studio.
Yoganic has classes specifically for pregnant mums and new mums as well as for those mums past the pregnancy and early motherhood stage.
We offer Yin Yoga, Slow Flow Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Barre Attack and Pilates Reformer classes in our Willoughby studio.
We offer a variety of Pregnancy classes for women in all stages of pregnancy including: Pregnancy Yoga and Pregnancy Reformer.
We offer a variety of classes for Postnatal women with or without bubs including: Mums and Bubs Yoga, Barre, Core Restore and Pilates Reformer and Postnatal Pilates Reformer.
We offer Pilates Reformer for Teens during school term.
As a working mum of three, I also know that sometimes getting to class can be a challenge, which is why we also offer online classes via Yoganic at Home our online class portal. Just like the studio – we offer yoga, Pilates and barre – as well as our pregnancy and postnatal classes. We know you don’t always have an hour to exercise so we offer online classes form 5 minutes to 45 minutes, so there is always something you can fit in to your day. We are very excited to be launching an online beginner yoga and meditation course very soon!
