Yoga: A gentle class of focusing on flowing from pose to pose ad linking the movement with the breath. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. Full body relaxation and balance are the goals, as we make a full circuit of the body’s range of motion with standing postures, twists, back bends, forward folds, and hip openers.
Pilates: Pilates mat class will focus on strength, flexibility and balance while improving your posture, breathing patterns and misalignment common for most of the population. This is an all levels class suitable with beginner to intermediate level.
Barre: A fusion of ballet, pilates and yoga. Our barre sessions will leave you feeling re-aligned, balanced and strengthened. Expect to have fun, increase your stamina and endurance with the use of props to assist with this all over body workout special attention to the legs, bottom, thighs and arms.
