DESCRIPTION
Northern Beaches Rhythmic Gymnastics is located at Beacon Hill Primary School.
Classes are on offer for ages 4+ in both recreational and competitive programs.
Rhythmic Gymnastics is a dynamic and expressive sport where Gymnasts perform routines either freehand (no apparatus) or with the accompaniment of a rope, hoop, ball, clubs or ribbon. Rhythmic Gymnastics combines elements of balances, turns, leaps/jumps and dance with movements of the apparatus to a piece of music. Gymnasts develop body alignment, posture, strength, flexibility, coordination, musicality, rhythm, coordination and confidence.
NBRG provides a nurturing and encouraging environment for all its Gymnasts. All abilities, ages and levels have personalised programs to cater to the individual needs of each and every athlete – All are welcome!
