Xtend Barre Lane Cove is all about making fitness fun. We offer exercises that are a mix of cardio, strength and flexibility giving you a whole body workout and a longer and leaner look. If you’re looking for a low-impact but high-intensity and high-result workout, we’re the studio for you!
Our signature workout, Xtend Barre, is a beautiful blend of pilates and dance. You don’t have to be a dancer, you just have to want to improve your fitness and have fun while doing it! We don’t only offer dance – we also offer a wide range of workouts from yoga to pilates and reformer, as well as a HIIT-style workout. There’s something for everyone at Xtend Barre Lane Cove.
We have also commenced offering a special Mums & Bubs class every Friday at 10.30am – you can bring your bub in a sling or carrier and work out with them for a gentle and fun workout in a small class where the instructor is always on hand for guidance and assistance.
What truly sets us apart from other studios is our inclusive and supportive community. We welcome anyone and everyone who is interested in taking some time out to focus on their fitness and their bodies.
