We offer a timetable of classes from Monday through to Saturday. Our group exercise classes take place at Golden Grove Park. Right next to the children’s play ground in Bi-Centennial Park, West Pymble. Every class lasts for 1 hour which will include warmup, workout, cool down and stretch. You are welcome to bring children to class if you think it won’t effect your time and training.
Our timetable includes Strength training, cardio, kickboxing and HIIT workouts. Every thing you need to achieve results. Come and Join us!
