This is a great recently refurbished property with FULL LINEN & TOWELS included! It’s tucked away 1 block back from the lakefront, and a short stroll along the boardwalk to Forster town, beach and shops. Nordic House is close proximity to Wharf Street, centre of town (1.7km), or a 3 minute walk to the lake marinas where you can go for a swim or kayak. Main beach is close by, and many other beaches and sights to see within 5 minute drive.
There is a newly installed entertaining area with swimming pool for those hot days and a great fireplace for the cool nights! You can launch your boat or jet ski just around the corner, and there is plenty of room on the driveway for your boat and cars. Conveniently your boat can be hosed down onsite after an outing on the water.
This 3-4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is the ideal destination for the family with 3 lounge rooms (one converts to a bedroom if needed), back deck, pool and entertaining/BBQ area for the whole family to enjoy. There is air-conditioning in two lounge rooms and also fans in the bedrooms. All new kitchen appliances, good quality beds and lovely furniture for a comfortable stay.

History: This lovely cottage was built and occupied by a well-known Forster fisherman, Norman Grant, for over 50 years. He owned a boat called Nordic for 40 years, catching and selling a variety of fish and lobsters.</
