Exercise at Home

Do you ever find yourself reaching in to the fridge when you’re not actually hungry? Many of us struggle with emotional eating, binge eating and overeating and it can be a vicious cycle to be stuck in. The strong emotions we can feel as mums often means we turn to food to make us feel better. Plus we are often in desperate need of some energy to keep us going so what do we do? We eat.
