When would you like your advertorial to run?
Please allow at least 1-2 weeks from today’s date. We can prioritise urgent campaigns, though prefer to have a several weeks notice to ensure we’re not rushed and can fit it in the schedule. If you have an ideal date that the campaign must launch, please mention this. We will do our absolute best to publish on that day, assuming there are no delays with content or approval.
Product Review – Please allow four weeks for it to appear on the website. It takes time to find the suitable contributor, get the product delivered or the service booked in, and then at least a week for the review to be written, edited and approved.

As you know your product and business the best, it often works well if you provide the article as you know exactly what you want it to say – and we would edit it in the North Shore Mums tone and style.
If you’d like us to write the advertorial, please submit all relevant information (press release, product description, website pages, key points) that you need included in the final article.
Images
Good quality photos are vital for the success of any advertising. They should showcase your product or service in a way that is attractive and appealing. A few other points:
- Landscape (horizontal) photos work better than portrait (vertical)
- Ensure images are high resolution
- Images should not have any text on them
Call to action
To ensure your advertorial achieves your objectives, please confirm any details that you would like included in the bottom of the article – website and social media links, contact numbers and any relevant calls to action (e.g. sign up here, book a table, register now, special offer).

Final approval
Once we have created your advertorial, it will be emailed to you as a password protected online page, for your approval.
At this point, please forward it to anyone in your company who also needs to approve the advertorial, and ensure all changes are emailed to us in the one email – and that they are clear & concise. It is important that these changes are in writing, and not given over the phone.
