Since meeting my husband and having children, the psychology of relationships has gained my attention. When I was pregnant with our second child, I started formally training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy so that I too could have the best tools for communicating within my marriage under the pressures of parenting, a goal shared by the many parents I work with in therapy.
 
In 2019, I took my first steps in teaching therapists specialised training in couples therapy. I am hoping that 2022 will be the year that these lively and insightful events will be running again.
