Looking for a ‘family friendly’ restaurant on the North Shore? Although the hotels with indoor play centres are brilliant, they are few and far between. Sometimes it’s nice to eat in a ‘proper’ restaurant, but sadly not all fit the ‘family friendly’ criteria – a warm welcome from staff, a great kids menu, high chairs, baby change facilities, even colouring-in sets and toys. We’re starting on the lower north shore and working our way north!

  1. Kirribilli Club (Lavendar Bay) ‘They have great kids meal options, high chairs, colouring in packs, really friendly staff and the best view in the world.’ –  Michelle.
  2. The Bathers’ Pavilion Cafe (Balmoral) ‘Lots of families, we usually wander around in Balmoral before an early dinner, yummy food!’ – Dina.
