Eden Gardens is hosting weekly pilates classes every Saturday morning at 7am from 3 February to 24 March.
Join Anja from Go For Fit, for a Pilates class in the garden! Anja’s pilates classes have been developed by physiotherapists and focus on correct movements and breathing to deliver optimum results. Pilates is a much-loved form of exercise and is a perfect way to start the day with its stress relieving and calming benefits whilst also being active enough to energise for the day’s activities. The classes are structured to be suitable for a range of fitness levels and abilities and exercises are easily adapted to individual requirements.
In the event of wet weather, classes will be held under cover. Just bring a mat and water bottle and enjoy!

Pilates is a key component of a rounded fitness routine and challenges the “super fit” exerciser as well as those less accustomed to sport and exercise. It is a commonly prescribed exercise for rugby players, dancers and elite athletes, for the postural, core strength it delivers.
