Pregnancy is a special time in a woman’s life. It’s a time to blossom and bloom! Our prenatal yoga classes are specially designed to help you feel more energised, relaxed and comfortable in your changing body. Our gentle classes braid together classical yoga postures with yoga dance and Mindfulness meditation to help you approach your labour with greater confidence, poise and calm. Classes are appropriate for expectant mothers at all stages of pregnancy and all levels of experience. Our Mummy & Me classes are the ideal way to ease back into gentle exercise after the birth of your baby.
