Kangatraining is a full body postnatal workout WITH YOUR CHILD!
- ALL fitness levels & babywearing experience
- Trained by a babywearing consultant to ensure bubs safety & your comfort
During Kangatraining the muscles & ligaments affected during pregnancy & birth are brought back in to shape & the daily niggles of being mum are cared for too!!
Exercise WITH your child and meet like-minded local mums. Warm up then work your core & pelvic floor with bub as we involve them in our workout before placing them in our optimal position carriers for cardio, resistance & strength training.
The indoor venue is air conditioned with amenities & are secure so if your bub is mobile or you have an older child or children rest assured they cannot escape 😉
